Our alumnus of the month for September issue is the Vice President Cargo Sales and Services at the Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ), Muath Majali. Muath Majali joined RJ in 1976 right after earning a BA degree in Sociology (with a minor in English Literature) from the University of Jordan (UJ).
Majali occupied a number of positions at RJ before he was appointed head of Cargo department in 2009. He served as the head of the Passenger Services Department, and Head of Cargo Department at the airline company.
In his current position, Majali assumes the responsibilities of planning, managing and directing cargo services, commercial, mail and courier, system and procedure, operations and outstations sales.
He participated in numerous workshops and training courses in his area of work, including ones on strategic management, customer care, quality management, and airline industry executives.
