The University of Jordan (UJ) is among the top 500 universities worldwide in the 2020 QS Graduate Employability Rankings.
This global ranking depends on five indicators for graduate employability: Alumni Outcomes, Employer/Student Connections, Employer Reputation, Graduate Employment Rate, and Partnership with Employers per Faculty.
UJ's Accreditation and Quality Assurance Center stated that the University has meticulons strategies and plans in regards to quality of programs and graduate employability.
The Center specified that it is currently working extensively on the issue of suitability of graduate employment and skills needed for future jobs.
According to the Center, much has been accomplished for the improvement of the study plans; taking into account suitability of learning, teaching, and evaluation methods in order to match the learning outcomes of each program.
