UJ, SPARK Sign MoU to Promote Entrepreneurship, Innovation Among Youth

 

 
The University of Jordan (UJ) on Monday, March 18, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Dutch organization SPARK.
 
The MoU was signed by UJ President Prof. Abdul Karim Al Qudah and SPARK Country Manager Haneen Khatib.
 
The MoU seeks to enhance cooperation in the field of motivating entrepreneurship among the youth, developing their various skills and broadening their horizons.
 
The MoU calls for cooperation between the two sides in promoting and enhancing the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship among university students. It also calls for facilitating research-based learning experiences to improve pioneering education through training.
 
Furthermore, UJ and SPARK will be organizing training courses given by entrepreneurship experts to prepare UJ students to create small and medium-sized businesses and to train university faculty.
