Mainly addressing the Western world, the Document explains the Arab and Islamic values asserted in the ideology of Arab nationalism, which crystallized the principles of the Great Arab Revolt and the Arab Renaissance.

Shteiwi hoped that publishing this document will grant it the official and academic attention that it deserves, "the Document will contribute to wprld understanding Jordan's political positions since its establishment till today," he said.

According to him, it also summarizes the Hashemites' vision and approach to leadership.

It is noteworthy that the Document came after 10 years of unity between the two banks of Jordan river, four years after the Arabisation of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, and three years after the termination of the of Anglo-Jordan treaty and the beginning of national efforts to build a modern state.
